Seems like an unnecessary dated annoyance which most stores have removed charge for. For me this is not an issue, as I don't use chicken salt

There was an hour to wait, but it was Good Friday and the friendly man on the phone advised me about the wait when I called my order through. I think it's unusual to be charged 20c for chicken salt, but that's a small issue. The fish pieces were a good size, tasty, and the batter was light. Some were just a tad dry though, thus the loss of a star. The chips were pretty good and the potato scallops were the best I've ever had in my life. Despite warnings in other reviews, I would definitely return for more.
